ITALIAN PULLED BEEF

4 LBS RUMP ROAST
1 CUP WATER
1 PKG AU JUS
1 PKG GOOD SEASON ITALIAN DRESSING

PUT RUMP ROAST IN CROCKPOT. MIX SEASONINGS WITH WATER AND POUR OVER ROAST.
COOK UNTIL ROAST IS VERY TENDER AND THEN PULL BEEF APART.
1 HR BEFORE SERVING: ADD CHOPPED PEPERONCINI PEPPERS (TO TASTE)
SERVE ON KAISER ROLLS
THIS IS SO EASY AND SO DELICIOUS
