1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 sliced kabashi meat circle (optional: 2 oz porscuitto or deli ham, chopped)
6 cups spaghetti sauce of your choice
1 1/2 cup water
2 packages (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and kabashi meat over med heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain
Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Add ravioli, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 to 9 min or until ravioli is tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese. simmer uncovered, 1 to 2 min longer or until cheese is melted. Yield 10 servings.
I cut this recipe in half and it gave us 2 meals. It was even better warmed for the second meal.
