Dinner in a Pumpkin

1 med. or Large pumpkin depending on how many you feed.
cut the top off like you were making a jack-o-lantern & clean out the inside.

2 cups cooked rice.
1 large onion
1 to 2 cloves of fresh garlic
6 to 8 fresh diced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced green peppers
1 can water chestnuts
1 lb Italian sausage or ground beef cooked & drained
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

Saute the onions & garlic in olive oil add mushrooms a few minutes before adding the sausage or hamburger drain.
Mix all the ingredients together hot and pour into the pumpkin, place the pumpkin on a cookie sheet &
cook at 375 for 1 hour or until the pumpkin can be pierced with a fork and it goes all the way through.
IF you are not feeding kids add jalapenos for a good kick.

Serve in the pumpkin and slice off pieces of the pumpkin on each plate with butter & salt & pepper
