1 can whole corn (drain off 1/2 of liquid)
1 stick melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 cup (or more… I like more) grated cheese
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix-dry- just pour dry mix into bowl.
Mix together pour into greased(I use Pam) 9X13 pan. Bake 350 for 50 min to 1 hour. Check after 50 min and do not overcook.
