3 eggs
1 c. sour Cream
1 tsp vanilla
Mix in Bowl pour into 2 round cake pans greased & floured
Bake 350 15-18 min. or tooth pick test
Let cool completely
3 c. whipping cream (whip very stiff)
1/2 tsp lemon extract
2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
1 pkg cream cheese (creamed smooth)
place one cake on platter, spread cream mixture evenly around the cake layer it thick then place the top cake on & powder sugar the top of cake keep refrigerated.
