Green Pepper Steak

1 to 2 lbs. round steak thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch

Marinate sliced meat in soy sauce, oil and starch for a few hours.
Slice up: 1 Green Pepper and 1 med. onion

Mix together in bowl:
1 small can tomato sauce + the can filled with water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. corn starch

Stir fry green pepper and onion in 1 Tbsp. oil, remove from skillet
Stir fry meat in 1 Tbsp. oil till brown. Make a well in center of the skillet and
add the sauce. Stir till thick and bubbly. Mix in green pepper & onion and stir
all together until hot.

Serve over cooked rice.
